SOSIALISASI HUKUM PIDANA ISLAM DALAM MENGATASI MASALAH KEJAHATAN

Abstract

Socialization of Islamic criminal law is an important effort to overcome the problem of crime in society. Islamic criminal law, which originates from the Koran and Hadith, provides clear guidelines regarding criminal acts, punishments, and the goals of recovery for criminals. This legal socialization does not only focus on law enforcement, but also on forming public awareness of the importance of moral and ethical values ??in social life. In the Indonesian context, the application of Islamic criminal law through effective socialization can help reduce crime rates and increase legal awareness among the public.
