WORKSHOP MENGENAI KEADILAN DALAM ISLAM DAN PENERAPANNYA DI INDONESIA

Abstract

The workshop on justice in Islam and its application in Indonesia aims to provide participants with an in-depth understanding of the concept of justice in Islam and how these principles can be implemented in the Indonesian legal system. Justice is one of the basic values ??in Islamic law, which includes individual rights, protection of victims, and law enforcement based on moral and ethical principles. In this workshop, participants will be invited to understand various concepts of justice in Islam, such as distributive justice, restorative justice, and the application of Islamic criminal law based on justice. Apart from that, this workshop also discussed the challenges faced in integrating the principles of Islamic justice in the national legal system, especially in Indonesia which has cultural and religious diversity. It is hoped that this workshop can broaden participants' insight into the importance of justice in Islamic law and how its application can improve the quality of justice in Indonesia.
