Strategi Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) Dalam Meningkatkan Perekonomian Masyarakat

This study aims to determine the strategies implemented by village-owned enterprises (BUMDes) as a form of effort to improve the economy of rural communities. The research uses a qualitative approach based on case studies in which a careful investigation of a program, event, activity, process or group of individuals is used. There are 4 data collection techniques used by researchers, namely observation, interviews, documentation, audio-visual material. Meanwhile, data collection was carried out by interview and observation methods. The sources of data in this study were the chairman and secretary of BUMDes in Semaya village.
Data analysis technique in this study uses qualitative data analysis techniques which are classified into 3 stages of analysis including: data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing/verification. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 programs implemented by BUMDes in Semaya as a strategy to improve the economy of rural communities including the Village Trade Business Program, the Business Capital Loan Program, and the Livestock Program.
