Abstract

This study aims to determine the Principles od State Administration (Good Governance). Initially, the principle of good governance is only a means of legal protection and is used as an instrument to increase legal protection. Other than that as a basis for consideration in court and administrative efforts and as an unwritten legal norm for government actions. Islam is a perfect system, in which there are rules that regulate all forms of interaction between humans, such as social, economic, political and other systems. Such rules necessitate the existence of a state that will implement and apply these rules to humans.  Islam is has established a unique system for government, islam has also established a unique system for managing government.
