Health as an inseparable part of human rights. The United Nations (UN) Universal Declaration of Human Rights in article 23 guarantees the right to a standard of living adequate for health. Neglecting the fulfillment of the right to health, especially women's reproductive health rights, can be categorized as a violation of human rights. Various efforts for justice and protection of health rights have been carried out by the Indonesian government, but in reality women's rights in Indonesia are still in an inadequate position. One indication is the high rate of maternal and infant mortality. This study uses descriptive qualitative and data analysis, in this study using interactive analysis of Miles and Huberman. This study aims to find out how women's health and how the political form of the law to protect women's human rights in the health sector.
