Metode Pemahaman Hadis Ala Yusuf Al-Qardhawi

Abstract

Hadith is the main source of law for Muslims after al-Quran. This then led to the proliferation of studies of hadith ranging from narrators, sanad to methods in understanding the hadith. To study a hadith itself can be seen from various sides ranging from textual, pronunciation, to background. One of the leading Muslim scholars who studied hadith is Yusuf al-Qardhawi with a book called Kaifa nata’amal as-Sunnah an-Nabawiyyah.In the book explained how the method or way to understand the hadith. One of the points in understanding a hadith is to use the instructions from the al-Quran. Because according to Yusuf al-Qardhawi a truly valid hadith is impossible to contradict the al-Quran. This is because The al-Quran as the first and foremost source of law makes it impossible for the truth to contradict the truth.
